- Step 1: Team Registration Form (team only needs to be registered once)
- Step 2: Submit Payment
- Step 3: Set Official Team Roster
- Step 4: All players must complete and sign a Liability Release Form (copies available at all gym locations)
Upcoming season is scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Teams will not be added to the upcoming schedule until payment is received. (see Payment Principles)
